Vehicular Combat Comes to PSN!

Gelid Games announced yesterday that Wheels of Destruction: World Tour was coming to the PlayStation Network. This arcade-styled, car combat shooter is set in a post-apocalyptic Earth where players compete to in a tournament of sorts. They’ll get to choose from five different vehicles and battle one another in five different parts of a futuristic Europe. So far, the only events announced were Capture the Flag and Deathmatch.
While this seems like it’s going to be cool, one can’t help but compare it to Eat Sleep Play’s AAA title that’s being released in a few days. The price point is different (WOD will be cheaper); hopefully their similarities won’t hurt Gelid Games title. Then again, there hasn’t been word on a release date, so we might not have to worry. Either way, we’ll continue inform you about this title as more news comes in!
