Naughty Dog Shows Off New Title!

We finally got to see what Naughty Dog had up its sleeve at the Spike TV 2011 Video Game Award Show. The new upcoming title, called The Last of Us, was shown off at the VGA’s and received nothing but positive reactions from the gaming community. The trailer displays a world broken by an unknown plague. There are abandoned cities that are being ravaged by nature, survivors fighting each other for food, and “infected” humans running around. It’s I AM Legend in video game form…only it isn’t a horrible licensed game of a bad movie based on a good book. At least, that’s what we at UFG hope!

That’s a big claim. Then again, this is Naughty Dog we’re talking about here. I just hope the gameplay will match the story/movie elements that they are trying to push to the forefront. Be sure to stick around as we continue to cover this title. In the mean time, check out the trailer!
